At the beginning, the faculty taught the undergraduate studies in Biology, carried out by 17 graduate promotions. Since 2009 and following the guidelines of the European Higher Education Area (EHEA), the Degree in Biology has been taught. Currently, this degree is fully consolidated and has a high social demand.
The faculty also offers many master’s degrees that are complemented by a variety of PhD programmes in biology offered by the University of Vigo.
